Terms of service.

Every project starts with a written quote that lists what is included, the price, the timeline and the payment schedule. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before I start it.

Payment terms are set out in the quote. Work begins once the first payment is received. Indian clients pay in INR; international clients pay in USD, AED or KWD by bank transfer or an agreed payment gateway.

You provide text, images, logos and translations, or approve what I prepare. You confirm you have the right to use everything you send. Delays in content move the timeline by the same amount.

Once the project is paid in full, the website, design files and content made for you belong to you. Themes, plugins and tools with their own licences stay under those licences. I may show the finished work in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.

Domains, hosting, premium plugins, stock images and ad spend are paid by you directly or billed at cost, and are separate from my fee unless the quote says otherwise.

I follow current best practice and report honestly, but no one can guarantee a ranking position, an AI citation or a fixed number of leads. Search engines and ad platforms change their rules without notice.

Each project includes the support period stated in the quote. After that, fixes and updates are covered by a maintenance plan or billed hourly.

Either side can end a project with written notice. You pay for the work completed up to that date, and I hand over everything finished so far.

I take care to deliver working, secure websites, but I am not liable for losses caused by hosting outages, third-party plugins, platform policy changes or changes made by others after handover. My total liability is limited to the fees paid for the project.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
