This site belongs to Bharathan.P, a freelance website developer and digital marketer at No. 2, School Street, Mogappair West, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. I am responsible for the personal data described here.

When you send the contact form I receive your name, email, phone number (if given), country and project details. When you call, email or WhatsApp me I receive whatever those channels share, usually your name and number.

I do not ask for payment card details on this site, and I do not create accounts.

Only to reply to you, prepare a quote, deliver the work you ask for and send invoices. I will not add you to a newsletter or sell, rent or trade your details to anyone.

To understand which pages help people and to measure my ads, the site may use Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking and Meta Pixel. These set cookies that record pages visited, device type and approximate location, not your name.

You can block these cookies in your browser settings, use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or adjust ad settings in your Google and Meta accounts.

Messages pass through the services that carry them, such as Gmail, WhatsApp and my web host. Each has its own privacy policy. I share project details with a subcontractor only when needed for your project, and only with your agreement.

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months. Project records and invoices are kept as long as Indian tax law requires.

You can ask me to show, correct or delete the data I hold about you at any time. Email me and I will act on it within 30 days.
